Welcome to therapeuticsynchronicity.com. By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.
1. Non-Clinical Services & No Psychotherapy Disclaimer
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY:
Non-Psychotherapy Services: The offerings on this Site—including Guided Consciousness Exploration, Assisted Higher Self Communication, Deep Meditation & Reflective Integration, Psychomanteum Exploration, and Continuing Presence Exploration / Grief Integration (IADC®)—are for reflective, educational, experiential, and integrative purposes only.
No Therapist-Client Relationship: While Heather Brannelly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), services provided through Therapeutic Synchronicity do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical counseling, medical treatment, or healthcare diagnosis, are not provided under a professional mental health license, and do not establish a clinical therapist-client relationship.
Not a Substitute for Care: These services are not a substitute for professional mental health diagnosis, psychiatric evaluation, or medical care. If you require clinical therapy or medical intervention, you are advised to seek care from a licensed healthcare provider.
2. Emergency Notice
THIS SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE NOT FOR MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or suicide:

Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Do not rely on website forms, emails, or voicemail for immediate crisis help.
3. Session Bookings, Cancellations, and In-Person Practices
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book sessions or participate in services through this Site.
In-Person vs. Virtual: Certain services (such as Psychomanteum Exploration) are available in-person only at our Ipswich, MA location, while others are offered virtually or in-person.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policies: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in accordance with our booking policy. Fees for late cancellations or missed appointments may apply.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, branding, descriptions of practice frameworks, logo designs, and audio/visual materials—is the exclusive property of Therapeutic Synchronicity / Heather Brannelly and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit prior written permission.
5. Personal Responsibility & Client Autonomy
Guided Consciousness Exploration relies on the core principle that meaning is explored from within and is not assigned from the outside. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in any meditation, imagery, mirror-based, or reflective exercise is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after sessions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Therapeutic Synchronicity, Heather Brannelly, and any affiliates or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use of, or inability to use, this Site or our services.
Any personal interpretation, insight, or subjective experience resulting from session participation.
Unintended disruptions or technical errors on the Site.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this Site, submit false or fraudulent information through booking/contact forms, upload harmful or malicious code, or interfere with the security and proper functioning of the Site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
